3 Most important people in your network marketing business. I’m filming this during the COVID-19 pandemic, quarantined at home. For a lot of people, business has come to a standstill. There’s fear, anxiety and questioning about what’s going to come next.
First, calm down as much as you can, and know that at some point we will return to normal life. Any time there’s an economic downturn or rough situations, be aware of falling into the trap of thinking about these 2 types of people, too much.
Real estate, has suffered some challenges now, as people are holding off.
But, home business searches are trending up 600% in Google Search.
We tend to operate in the myth that EVERYBODY is or isn't doing something. Everybody is pinching pennies. Everybody is waiting to spend money.
Everybody is out of work. Everybody is waiting on the stimulus check and everybody’s waiting for things to get back to normal.
Next, there is nobody. Nobody is buying right now; nobody is spending money. Nobody’s interested in what I have to share right now and nobody’s interested in my program.
Nobody and everybody really don’t exist.
The one person we want to be most mindful of is "somebody."
All of us have a group of somebody’s in our lives, and our business who are buying right now. Who are interested in what it is you have a sell because they have a definite need.
Gain true clarity around what it is that you actually sell. Not a company or the name of the product or a service. But, specifically the solution that you offer to the challenge that your ideal client has.
So you need to be very clear on what you sell and then the second piece is be very clear on who is buying; who is your ideal client and how can you best support them.
During this time it is possible that you’re not getting as many sales but that’s OK because I know, having gone through this with after 9-11 as well as 2008 2009 ,my business just kept going all the way through it because the one thing that I did is remain constant and remain consistent in my knowledge that I had something that somebody out there needed; something of value my ideal clients needed and were looking we’re looking for.
It’s possible that they aren’t going to buy today, but I knew that if I just stayed consistent; stayed connected; stayed authentically dialed into them and their need, answered questions and continued to share value when the time became right, they were going to buy from me.
They were going to remember me and the bond that we had created of working together was going to be powerful.
I don’t think today’s any different.
Who's your somebody and how are you connecting with them; how are you staying top of mine with them right now?
It’s an article that you see that you think might benefit them that you shoot them an email and say hey I was thinking of you and I thought maybe this article might be beneficial maybe it’s dropping a card in the mail to them just checking in sending a text just really checking in who is your center of influence who are those people who are your clients or possibly your best referral partners the ones who are going to refer you what are you doing to truly stay connected to your tribe so that you do keep your business running you do stay top of mind.
There is no such thing as nobody; there’s no such thing as everybody!
